Two servers
This is where
Dave Winer
narrates his development work.
One for testing, one for AMI creation, if the test goes well.

Observations
The page that opens on a new installation is: http://poetstartup.blorkmark.com/
It allocated a mediahackers.org domain. So immediately we have a problem.
Reviewed prefs. Didn't change anything.
Installed river2.root. It took me to this page.
Went to the Log page per the recommendation of the docs
Let's install Radio2 with no prefs changes.

On Manhattan, before doing the AMI build, in ec2support.shipping.cleanroot, set user.opmlEditor.prefs.server.externalDomainName to ""
