New rule, <new-item-color>. If an item is less than 1 hour old, we display it in this color. By default this color is the normal color, i.e. there is no highlighting of new items.
If it works, all the items below should be in green (at least for the next hour)

I'd like to control the appearance of the text in the outlines with CSS, but found this was thwarted because there are rules that override the more-global styles.
I thought the fix might be hairy, but it's not. It has its own separate rules, so I can change those.
I think this is a really cool feature.
Now I know for sure people are going to say there should be other things keyed off this like font-weight etc, and the time interval should be settable. And of course in some ways I agree. But in others, sheez, isn't this fun!
