While I was editing the sysop prefs for River2, I reviewed the other prefs pages making minor changes to language and formatting.
However, when I hit the Static folder page, I was baffled. Is this even used? River2 was converted to use the global static folder settings.
I decided to remove the prefs panel, but not do anything with the code. I seem to remember someone was using this feature last time I wandered into this area. Ted?
