Per AC's recommendation, I installed Dropbox on my Nexus/S. Directed River2, running on a Rackspace server, to download podcasts to a sub-folder of the dropbox folder. And I can play them on Nexus/S without having to connect the phone to anything. It's all done over the air. Beautiful.
