includeHttp, includeOpml macros

Two new macros that include something via HTTP.
<%includeHttp ("http://dropbox.scripting.com/dave/html/includeHttpDemo.html")%>
<%includeHttp ("http://dropbox.scripting.com/dave/html/includeHttpDemo.html")%>
It replaces the macro with the contents of the
file
.
<%includeOpml ("http://dropbox.scripting.com/dave/outlines/includeOpmlDemo.opml")%>
<%includeOpml ("http://dropbox.scripting.com/dave/outlines/includeOpmlDemo.opml")%>
It reads the OPML file, turns it into an outline, then into a string, and inserts the result in the page.
