listings.opml.org is a mess

listings.opml.org was a good idea, but now that we have code nodetypes, we can do a much more complete implementation, without all the content management.
I want to have maintained listings for all the code in opml.root and each of the tools on the Tools Catalog page.

No more "item #1" in data files
