If an item has a "visible" attribute and it's false, don't display it in the list.
Useful for putting special files for Google Webmaster Tools. They don't have to appear in a listing of the directory, but a direct request to them has to work.
Also, we bump the hit counter for all requests, including special nodetypes. Previously we only bumped the counter if it was a list.
