Radio2 server install

In debugging Radio2 yesterday I had the opportunity to install a Radio2 server. I found the instructions were confusing and incomplete.

I've rewritten the instructions to be more concise, and included a section on the URL-shortener. You still have to do it very carefully, but I don't say that. I hope the kind of person who attempts this already knows that server software is inherently tricky.
