New approach in webBrowser.openUrl on Windows.
The
change that was made on 6/11/12 was a big success.
As a result we can use Chrome for the CMS functions in the OPML Editor.
Chrome doesn't support DDE, but you can open a web page, on Windows, by calling launch.application with the url as the parameter.
There was no change in the way it works for other browsers, but we might as well use the same method since it seems to work.
On the Mac, apparently Chrome does support the equivalent Apple Events interface, so no changes were needed.
There's another problem. webBrowser.bringToFront is not needed on Windows because the new way already brings the browser to the front. So on Windows, webBrowser.bringToFront will do nothing. The assumption is that you just did an openUrl. There could be breakage as a result of this, assuming there are places that we do it without first doing an openUrl.
We were getting a weird situation where first Chrome would come to the front, then Firefox (and the page we were interested in was in Chrome). So the old way of doing things had become a bug.
