allLevels attribute

When I'm writing docs, I like to indent stuff, to keep everything organized, but don't want to make the reader click in a level to read the sub-text.
The directory displayer already ahd the ability to do this, it was just a matter of coming up with a way to trigger it from attributes.
I don't know how it will deal with all the possible nodetypes, but I know it works nicely for the kinds of stuff I'm doing with docs.
Right now there is no user interface in the OPML Editor for setting this attribute, but you can do it from the Quick Script window.
Obviously I'm using it here. :-)
