Edit template in outliner
- It was driving me crazy having to go back and forth to the Prefs page to edit the template for my worldoutline site. So I added the ability to edit the template in the outliner.
- Changed the icon on links in the directory display to use the favicon code we use in radio2.root. Example.
- Minor reorg of the world outline table.
- New command in the World Outline sub-menu of the Outliner menu: Open Template.
