Lots of fussing

I finally have the ability to tweak up the display of the worldoutline.
I've spent some time fussing over it, trying things out in different places, but ended up back largely where we were before.
But now it's a three-column layout so there's room to add the things I want to be able to add, like a blogroll, an About section, etc.
Not ready to release parts yet because I've broken some things in the process.
