Okay the changes are all out.
To install the changes, on your server, update opml.root and worldOutline.root.
On your desktop, update opml.root.
In the browser, tool around your site. Everything look okay? Probably some of the styles don't look right.
On your desktop, do the setup called for in the howto. Edit your template.
The styles are coming from three different places, your custom CSS, any linked stylesheets you have, and the styles that are in your template. What's new is that there are now a lot of styles in your template. Have a look. Think about how you want to approach. The order they appear in is very important, it determines who has the final say in how things look. The way it's set, the template goes first, the linked stylesheets second, the custom CSS third and finally the outline has the last word. This may still change. But that's the way it is now.
In doing the upgrade there's a saved copy of your old template in your members.root table. It's in worldoutline.prefs.defaultatts.
