What's new is that there are now a lot of styles in your template. Have a look. Think about how you want to approach. The order they appear in is very important, it determines who has the final say in how things look. The way it's set, the template goes first, the linked stylesheets second, the custom CSS third and finally the outline has the last word. This may still change. But that's the way it is now.
