Macro to help with debugging
Added a macro, <%nodeAttsDebug%>.
It lists all the attributes of the node that's being displayed.
This helps with debugging so you can tell for sure what the inputs are to the nodetype renderer.
Already helped me nail the bug with blogpost nodetypes (below).
