River2 tweaks for NOLA river
This is where

I've set up a river for New Orleans at
nola.newsriver.org
.
I want to make it work better. Right now it's hosted by worldoutline.root, but those rivers are nowhere near as nice as the static rivers that River2 generates. And rather than dig in and try to make the worldoutline rivers better, I'll just adapt, for now.
The Prefs page for setting up the static river was awkwardly worded. Fixed.
Added a callback for cleaning up text in generationg JSON.
