Check if the default world outline server settings have been set. If not, use the values for the first server.
This means a first-time user just has to register with the server, doesn't have to visit the prefs page on the desktop.
And the My Outlines and Glossary commands work.

You only have to set one value -- user.opmlEditor.worldOutline.prefs.defaultServer.
