Here's my modal demo, converted to 2.0.

I'm stuck getting the modal type dialog on the Roots page to work with Bootstrap 2.0. I'm tempted to release it broken and see if any of the Javascript experts in our midst can help figure out what's wrong.

The problem appears to be that the startup script is not running when the dialog boots up. I tried putting an alert in there and it never showed up. Yet exactly the same code in the modal demo works as it used to. I checked in Foxbug to see if the globals were getting set on the way in, and they are. The code that runs when the dialog closes seems to run okay. Very puzzling (of course, until we figure out what the problem is).
