Added an Import command to the River2 menu.
Be sure you have the OPML subscription list on your local machine, then choose the Import command.
Click the Choose File button (it might have a different name depending on your browser) and then click Submit. It might take a little while to import all your feeds.
I tested it on my server, and it appears to work. :-)
