Finish invariant names

The walk routine now looks for the name attribute.

And the View command in the OPML Editor archive window uses the name attribute if it's present.

So we now have invariant names. You shouldn't have to think about it, it should work the way you think it would, and you don't have to worry about changing the title of a node after you publish a link to it.
