Change in the way we track hitcounts in urlShortener.root.
We now keep a table of the 250 most recent short urls.
When Radio2 asks for counts, we return the counts for those urls.
We used to return the counts for the most recent new short urls. So if you re-posted something from a few days ago, you wouldn't get counts reported for that link. Which would leave a blank on your counts table. No reason the counts shouldn't be reported for those links.
You don't have to do anything, it automatically sets itself up.
