Downloading enclosures

AC suggested downloading enclosures. Doh. Of course.

Added a pref that allows you to turn it off, in case you can't handle all that downloading.

It won't download an enclosure if it already has a copy. So you can use this script to maintain a local archive without incurring huge bandwidth costs.
