Changes on Roots page

A few small changes to the Roots page in the worldoutline.

The graphic icons have changed to Glyphicons. This makes it easier to standardize. Probably the most different one is the Edit icon. It's the one everyone seems to be using. There's a lot of value to standardization for these.

There's a new Info icon. When you click it, it takes you to a separate page for the outline, where all the information is displayed in a more open fashion and there's some data that's not included on the Roots page. The idea here is that with more room to grow we can start tracking other data about the outlines. If you have any ideas please post them as comments.

The Info page also shows the full outline as it probably looks when you're editing it as opposed to viewing it. I often want to get a look at the outline on my iPad or phone where the OPML Editor doesn't run.
