Add a bit of HTML to your world outline template:
<p><a href="http://127.0.0.1:5337/opmlEditor/openOpml?url=<%url%>">View Outline</a></p>
I put it at the end of mine,
just before the home icon.
Make sure opml.root on your desktop is updated.
Now go someplace in your world outline, and click the link.
It takes a few moments for it to download the OPML from the server, then the outline opens in the OPML Editor and it comes to the front.
Hopefully it just works. :-)
