Just added a new macro called systemStyles.

It includes the Bootstrap stylesheet, our overrides, and the fonts we use in re Bootstrap.

I can now replace the menu here with the same style menu we're using everywhere else.

I'm sure that's just the beginning. I think the default template is going to get a fairly complete makeover.
