Added a column that shows the version number of the tool.

The Install link is only active when you're accessing the site on the local machine. You can't install tools over the web.

The introductory comment at the top of the page mentions this.

If there's an asterisk next to the Install link, that indicates that the tool is already installed on this server. If you click the Install link, it will be re-installed, but all your data will remain intact. Just the code is updated.
