Corrected justification of table cells.

Instead of reporting the count of inits for each user, a very large number, we report the number of validations. The number of times the username and password were verified.

The table no longer fills 100 percent of the horizontal space. There just isn't that much information.

Got rid of extra cell borders.

Considering adding the New User command to this page, but haven't done anything about it yet.
