Now the roadmap gets a bit simpler.

1. A new clean release of River2, with a simple Howto that gets you a static river served by River2 itself. Easily mirrored on S3. A documented process for adding other users (and therefore other rivers).

2. A new clean release of EC2 for Poets, with a Tools folder with just ec2Support.root and helloWorld.root. That is, none of the applications. When it installs you have one user, admin. All setup is done by the OPML Editor website. No special configuration panels, as we were doing with the photo archiver, and with blork. The special purpose setup routines just replicate code that should be in the core, and none of them do a very good job. The goal is to do a great job, once and for all, and be done with basic setup.

3. I do a seminar at NYU showing people how to set up their own server. That's what I'm driving for. A human-tested and proven server setup that runs an aggregator, designed for reporters and professors and J-school students.
