The web server security prefs page username/password was way out of date.

The new version asks for the Admin password, and sets the password in members.root for the admin account.

You can use this account to log on to any of the managed sites (River2, beaut, worldoutline, opmleditor) remotely.

I will add a pref that turns off remote access for all this, just not ready for it yet.

Also reworked the S3 prefs page and removed pages for Friendfeed and Identi.ca. The data is still there, but we don't need a UI because we are no longer using external identity systems for our apps.
