Shows you a list of all the users of the server.

Here's a screen shot with the users names hidden. (They're real people.)

The first column is the username. Then the number of times their table has been accessed, followed by the date when the user table was created, then the date of last access.

Also found and fixed an HTML bug in Tools page.
