Radio2 has a Links page that organizes in one place all the resources that the app is maintaining for the user. It's time for River2 to do the same.

Unanticipated problem -- there's no room in the menu for another command without causing the menu to wrap and take up much more vertical space. Commented the Scan command.

Added code to save the URL of the plain JSON file (not JSONP) so we can include it in the Links page.
